The major benefit of attending this program is that I still have a job! And, more important they didn’t decrease my salary!
Speaking seriously, I want to thank my company, TotalSoft for supporting me to attend this program. This year the software market from Romania decreased, but we managed to increase the sales by going internationally. For me, the most important thing in this program was that I started to be and to feel international: having American professors, having here in Romania international colleagues from Switzerland and Iasi; spending 2 months in Tiffin, Ohio with colleagues from United Stated, Turkey, Ghana and China; all these things helped me to think international. My company also benefited of this fact because I was involved in this year in international projects with people from United States, France and Greece.
Also, I might say that I had interesting colleagues. I want to thank them because they accepted me to be part of this group.
Finally, I want to thank my wife for her support in the last two years. But, darling, don’t forget that I took you to Graceland, Memphis because of this MBA program!
